The House on Top of the Hill is located in beautiful Huntridge Manor with a paroramic view which includes Mt. Nittany, The Tussey Mountain Ski Resort, Penn State's Beaver Stadium and is adjacent to the Elks Country Club.

Your room features a queen size bed, private bath, remote color TV and clock radio. In the morning you will enjoy a full breakfast of seasonal fruits, homemade muffins or pastries and the 'Chefs Choice.'

Your hosts, Sharon and Jim Au, welcome you to their home and to ensure your stay is a pleasant one.

To confirm your reservations, an amount equal to a minimum of one night's room rate is required using Visa or Mastercard at the time your reservation is made. Your balance is then due upon arrival. A minimum two-night reservation is required on special occasion dates.

Cancellations

Please keep in mind we do not overbook and would appreciate you honoring your reservations. Should your plans change, be sure to call us within 30 days of your reservation for a refund less a $25.00 handling charge. If you do not call 30 days prior to your arrival, we will do our best to fill your room, and if successful, will return your deposit less handling charge. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the entire reservation amount.

From Pittsburgh
Travel 322 East. Bypass around State College to Route 45 East - Old Fort Exit. Left at stop sign 1.5 miles to Huntridge Manor entrance which is the first right hand turn after the State College Elks Club.  Then right at the first turn.  We are the first home on the right which is 606 Rosslyn Road.
